If you are looking for an adventure full of activities and adrenaline, this is your best option. Experience in 4 days the perfect combination of adventure, extreme sports, nature, and culture. Dive with us into the jungle of Machu Picchu and experience the Inca Trail that this territory offers. You will also appreciate the best of nature, coffee production, cacao trees, and coca leaf plantations.
Itinerary
Our transportation will pick us up at 6:00 am to travel for 1.5 hours to the Sacred Valley where we can rest and have breakfast. We then continue ascending to 4000 m.a.s.l. to Abra Málaga where we begin with our first adventure activity: BIKING, descending for approximately 4 hours through high Andean and tropical landscapes, crossing streams and breathtaking scenery. We will then arrive in Santa María at 1500 m.a.s.l., the village where our restaurant is located, and we will spend the night in an amazing lodge in the middle of nature.
In the afternoon, we will enjoy our second activity, RAFTING on the Urubamba River, which offers class 02, 03, and 03+ rapids. It’s perfect to enjoy the river and nature. After the activity, we will have dinner and rest for the second day.
On our 2nd day, we will enjoy a beautiful 17 km hike through the jungle, where we can see the most representative flora and fauna of the area, coca leaf plantations, mango trees, wild animals, and lots of coffee cultivation. In the afternoon, we will reach the Cocalmayo HOT SPRINGS, one of the most beautiful spas in our region. After a relaxing afternoon, we will head to Santa Teresa village where we will spend our second night and have our meals.
On our 3rd day, we start with a delicious breakfast and then head to enjoy our last adventure activity: ZIP LINE. There are 4 different cables, almost 1 km long, and 1 suspended bridge to overcome our fears. After this activity, we will travel to HYDROELECTRIC for a delicious lunch and then begin a 3-hour hike to MACHUPICCHU TOWN, where we will have dinner and rest before visiting the wonder of the world.
Today is the most important day because we will finally visit one of the 7 modern wonders, MACHUPICCHU. We will have a guided tour to take the best photos and explore every corner of this amazing place. Our guide will give a thorough explanation to provide the best experience. After the tour, we will return to the town where you will have free time for lunch before taking our train back. The train will take us for 1 hour and 45 minutes to Ollantaytambo. From there, our transportation will take us for another 2 hours back to Cusco.
