¿Necesitas información sobre transporte, clima, requisitos o qué llevar? Hemos recopilado las dudas más comunes de nuestros viajeros para que tengas todo bajo control antes de partir.

Cusco and Machu Picchu can be visited all year round, but the best time is between May and October, as it is the dry season and you will have sunny days to enjoy the scenery. If you prefer fewer tourists, the months of April and November are excellent options.

Yes, it is highly recommended to book in advance, especially in high season (June – August). Entrance tickets to Machu Picchu and train tickets can sell out quickly, so we suggest you buy them at least one month in advance.

Yes, Cusco is located at 3,400 m.a.s.l., so some people may feel altitude sickness. We recommend resting the first few hours, drinking plenty of water, avoiding heavy meals and drinking coca tea. If you have strong symptoms, there are options such as oxygen or soroche pills.

Our tours include transportation, professional guide, personalized assistance and authentic experiences with local communities. Depending on the package, we can also include lodging, meals and entrance tickets to archaeological sites.

The ideal time depends on the experience you are looking for. If you want to see Machu Picchu in one day, you can take the first train and return in the afternoon. However, we recommend 2 days to enjoy it without rushing and explore more places like Aguas Calientes.

Of course! Our tours are designed for all types of travelers. Cusco and Machu Picchu are accessible for families with children and seniors, with transportation and trekking options adapted to every need.

The climate is varied. In Cusco, mornings and nights can be cold (5-10°C), while days are temperate (15-20°C). In Machu Picchu, the climate is warmer and more humid, with temperatures between 12-25°C. We always recommend wearing layered clothing, a raincoat and sunscreen.

It is very easy. You can contact us by WhatsApp, email or through our website. We will advise you to find the best option according to your itinerary and needs, we are ready to make your trip an unforgettable experience!
