Xplora Machu Picchu is a travel and tourism agency, as well as a tour operator, offering services to both end customers and national and international retail travel agencies. We provide payment methods tailored to each client and their needs.
Payment Methods:
- Cash Payment:
Cash payments must be made in person at our commercial office, either in Peruvian soles (S/) or US dollars (US$), depending on the price and rate of the purchased service.
It is important to note that counterfeit bills or coins are not accepted. If received, the appropriate legal actions will be taken. - Bank Transfers and Deposits:
Payments via bank transfer or deposit will only be valid upon sending the transaction receipt to the designated accounts. - Payment via Pago Link (Niubiz and Izipay):
Clients must request the card payment rate and the payment link from their travel advisor. They must then enter their personal details, card information, and complete the payment. Once the process is completed, the payment receipt will be sent to our registered email. Accepted cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB. - POS Card Payments at Our Office (Izipay):
Clients can request the card payment service and present their card at the POS terminal. They will need to enter their PIN and/or sign, depending on the card type. The receipt will be sent via text message to the client’s mobile phone. Accepted cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.
IMPORTANT:
Payments made through any of these methods must be validated to ensure the correct transaction and service delivery.
